This opportunity is for you! Our client, a third-generation family-owned company specializing as a general contractor, is looking to continue expanding its multiplex construction division while maintaining its residential and commercial operations. In this context, we are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join the team. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for preparing construction estimates while also contributing to project coordination and follow-up based on their experience. They will work closely with management, professionals, and subcontractors to prepare competitive bids and support the successful execution of projects.
