Integrity - Accountability - Dependability - Perseverance As a Seasonal Snow Removal Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally across multiple sites daily. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role with high standards. Key Responsibilities Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, garden maintenance, hedge trimming (if required during season changeover or dry periods) Site clean-up and debris removal Snow and ice removal Daily equipment care and organization Following systems and schedules accurately Role Requirements Minimum 1+ year experience in snow removal maintenance Class 5 driver’s license (preferred, not required) Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to work efficiently and independently Willingness to learn and improve Availability and willingness to be on-call through the Winter season, 7 days a week Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly wage + production bonus, reviews bonuses and more.
