FIXED SEASONAL COMPENSATION: $9,000–$15,000 Know what you'll earn this winter — regardless of how much it snows. Seasonal Snow Removal Operators receive $9,000–$15,000 in fixed seasonal compensation for the November 1 to March 31 winter season, based on operator level, experience, and equipment qualifications. Compensation is paid consistently throughout the winter, including during periods of little or no snowfall.
